i just bought this straightener, and it works great.


this is the first time i've ever used a straightener.


on my straightener, there's a on and off switch button.


so does that mean that i don't have to unplug it after i'm done with the straightener?


or do i have to unplug it?

you don't have to, but you definitely should because if it gets wet while its plugged in (even if it's off) you will get a lovely fireworks show when you turn in on. it also still takes in electricity, so you will be wasting electricity.
