CHI HAIR STRAIGHTENER...HELP!?

ok so i was straightening my friends hair, with my chi hair straightener, and my mom called us down to eat. So i turned it off, and went downstairs to eat. When I came bak, i turned it on, but it wouldnt turn on, like the switch would go to ON but the red light wouldn't turn on and it wouldnt heat up. So i plugged and unplugged it and tried again and nothing happened!!! HELP! what can I doo?!?!?!? i HAVE TO fix it! i was gonna straighten my hair for the first day of school which is tuesday!!!! and now i dont have a working straightener! how can i fix it???CHI HAIR STRAIGHTENER...HELP!?

We use Chi irons at my work, and that has happened a few times, although we use them on such a regular basis they probably get worn out. Consumers have returned them to us on a couple of occasions. How long have you had this iron for? Maybe you can return it to the retailer and get another one. It's a great iron, however, maybe its a dud. If use purchased it from a place that is not a professional hair salon, such as Target, then Chi wont guarantee your product is authentic. Good luck.
i-really-dk what to do. is there something wrong with the plug, do you think? or is it just the straightener . . . hmm . . . well, do you have any other straighteners? like, does your mom have one? or, any of you friends, that you could borrow from?

try a diffrent outlet and then see if it works and if it does it your outlet and if it doesnt its you chi
Well, go back where you bought it from and try to get a refund..





if not buy a new 1
go to the chi website and ask question about it!
