My straightener broke about a week ago and i dont know who am i supposed to send it to. Am i supposed to send it to the manufacturer (furouk) or the website i bought my straightner from(beautychoice.com). please help. im so confused!!! also what do i exactly have to do to when i send it? the websites r confusing!!CHI hair straightener broke! I've heard that CHI's break pretty easily. I'd start with the beautychoice and see what they have to say. they may refer you on to Furouk.CHI hair straightener broke! PLEASE HELP!?
thats the poing of a one year warrant. If it is over extending the ONE year warrant then it is no longer there problem, you will have to get a new one
