i would say target. this chi iron is the one that i want to get. it looks cool and my hair stylist said that it is the best, not just for straiting, but also for curling. it's so awesome!!

ebay all the way but make sure u buy for a reputable seller but when u find one the priecs r the best! and there is like only a day or so before u have nice silky straight hair
