CHI hair straightener?

How do I know if it's the real Chi and not some fake ones? Are they actually better than Conair? What's the good and bad about it? I'm actually considering getting one! Any advices would greatly appreciated! Thanks!!CHI hair straightener?
Chi is the best you can get for your money. I have one, they last forever. The ceramic straightener makes your hair shiny and soft. The sleek design makes it easy to get your roots straight. It is definately better than Conair, trust me. I've tried Conair, and you might've too, but with my hair type it didn't cut it. If you want hair that looks naturally straight, go with the Chi.

You can get real Chis at salons, just ask the one that you go to. My salon USES Chis.CHI hair straightener?
Chi is better. i use it and its safer.
If you pay attention, Target sells Chi for about $99 around the Christmas holidays as a price leader.
i have one got from ebay. i don't know about real one . it looks real to me. it works good. gets really hot. but in long term i am going to do a japanese straigtening.
My wife uses chi... It gets hotter, is ready faster, and lasts LOTS longer than conair

Product Description

Chi Original 1'; Farouk CHI Ceramic Flat Iron Model GF-1001 The CHI can be considered

one of the most versatile Hairstyling Irons on the market today. The CHI's ergonomic

design allows the user to flip hair up or curl it under with a twist of the wrist.

The CHI is ideal for straightening and smoothing the hair while the ceramic plates seal

in natural moisture. It's great to use prior to a Dry Haircut. The ceramic coated paddles

help prevent scorching hair color and helps reduce styling product build-up. Featuring an

extra long swivel cord to prevent tangling, the CHI has a concealed on-off switch inside

the handle to prevent accidentally turning the unit off when in use. The heat paddles are

recessed from the edges to prevent skin burns. Will automatically heat up in less than 10

seconds. Temperature is preset at 150-180 degrees Celsius(302-356 degrees Fahrenheit)

Everyone thinks CHI's are reaaaaally good but they arent. They work good yeah, but for like $200 they shouldn't break. I've had 4 different REAL chi's and they've all broken within like 4 months. Conair sucks too. I would get a Sedu i love mine!
CHI is amazing they heat up really fast and work really well and ... fast but make sure you get a ceramic one they work alot better. ask like a hairsalon that might carry them

chi is soo much better than conair ive tried both.
