Remington Wet2Straight or CHI? (hair straighteners)?

Ok So a while ago i asked about which hair straighteners are the best and i've narrowed it down to 2 different brands/types:


the Remington Wet2Straight


and


the CHI hair straightener.


Which one do you guys think is better and why?

well i own the wet to dry and it has taken a beating over the three years I have owned it. It works great! and inexpensive. Remington Wet2Straight or CHI? (hair straighteners)?

Pros-


Its inexpensive


you dont have to dry your hair


Different settings for different hair types(doesnt means it works for all types)





Con-


It doesnt work on thick hair, or very wavy hair





CHI


Pros-


It is amazing on all hair types





Cons-


Very expensive








I verymuch recommend the CHI


I have them both, %26amp; i got the CHI a while ago, %26amp; then the W2S one because i thought it would take less time, but it didnt dry my hair or make it straight. it sucks. i Love my Chi. It is a bit expensive but it last longs, and works, %26amp; most have a warentee that if it breaks then you send them $30 and they fix it or they send you a new one, Its a great deal.





i would never recomend anyone to by the wet2straight EVER!
I personally love the Sedu 1'; from folica.com. It heats up to 410 degrees and leaves your hair shiny, frizz free, and straight for a wicked long time. It heats up really quickly and has along cord which is nice. It is thebest rated flat iron on folica.com and the chi is nothing compared to it. the reviews for the sedu were outstanding and full of amazing before and after pictures and a lot of the chi reviews said that the chi broke easily and that it damages your hair. please trust me, this straightener is amazing and i would never get another! also, use a hair heat protector spray that you can get at Target :D
I've never used Remington and never heard of Wet2Straight. I've heard Remington is good but that's it.








I have a Chi and I love it!


Pros---


1. Heats up real fast.


2. Small and light weight. (The straightner I had before was bulky and heavy)


3. Straightens your hair really easy and quickly


4. Worth all your pennies


5. Long cord


6. Variety


Cons----


1. Expensive!


2. Be careful...it can burn you
chi..i have that straightner and i know a lot of ppl with diff hair types and it makes your hair pin straight i have thick curly hair and it only takes maybe an hr to straightner it and it gets hot fast

i have wet2straight and it works but i don't recomend it please don't spend ur money on it .. CHI is better
